• Setiap Team akan mendapatkan 3 poin untuk kemenangan.
• Setiap Team akan mendapatkan 1 poin untuk hasil draw.
• Setiap Team akan mendapatkan 0 poin bila kalah.
• Bila ada 2 tim atau lebih yang memiliki point sama, maka peringkat akan ditentukan melalui :

1. Head to Head
2. Selisih Goal
3. Goal memasukkan
4. Undian/Lotterry

• Babak I Group Single Round Robin

• Terbagi menjadi 9 (sembilan) group yang berisikan 6 (enam) tim dan 4 (empat) group yang berisikan 5 (lima) tim

• Babak II Cluster Knock Out

• Peringkat 1 dan 2 lolos ke Cluster Diamond
• Peringkat 3 dan 4 lolos ke Cluster Gold
• Peringkat 5 dan 6 lolos ke Cluster Silver

If there are 2 or more teams that have the same points, then the ranking will be determined through:

2. Goal Difference
3. Goal entered
4. Lottery
