• Babak I Group Single Round Robin
• Terbagi menjadi 13 (tiga belas) group yang berisikan 5 (lima) tim 

• Babak II Cluster Knock Out

• Peringkat 1 dan 2 lolos ke Cluster Diamond
• Peringkat 3 dan 4 lolos ke Cluster Gold
• Peringkat 5 lolos ke Cluster Silver

 KU-16 

• Babak I Group Single Round Robin
• Divided into 13 (thirteen) groups containing 5 (five) teams 

• Babak II Cluster Knock Out

• 1st and 2nd place advance to Diamond Cluster
• Rank 3 and 4 qualify for the Gold Cluster
