- Babak I Group Single Round Robin
- Terbagi menjadi 3 (tiga) group yang berisikan 6 (enam) tim dan 1 (satu) group yang berisikan 5 (lima) tim.
- Babak II Cluster Knock Out
- Peringkat 1 dan 2 lolos ke Cluster Diamond
- Peringkat 3 dan 4 lolos ke Cluster Gold
- Peringkat 5 dan 6 lolos ke Cluster Silver

- Each Team will get 3 points for a win.
- Each Team will get 1 point for a draw.
- Each Team will get 0 points if they lose.
If there are 2 or more teams that have the same points, then the ranking will be determined through:
- Head to Head
- Goal Difference
- Goal entered
- Lottery
